Government Forms

Optimize employee onboarding by automatically generating government forms, such as I-9 Forms, W-4 Forms.

Contracts and Agreements

Upload your legal contract or agreement templates and add a signature placeholder field. You can then automatically generate these agreements with record values in a form component. 

Upload the government form, contract, or any other PDF template that you would like to automatically fill from within your app. 

1. Upload a PDF Form

Navigate to Automation ->> PDF Forms, and upload a PDF Form from your computer. 

2. Add Placeholder Fields

Next, add placeholder fields which can be filled through an action link in a form, table, or list component.  

3. Add the "Fill a PDF Form" Action Link to your App

In the page builder, add an action link to any table or data component.

In your Tadabase app, you can then fill and download PDF Forms with the click of a button!
