“Remember Me” Token in Builder

A new “Remember Me” token has been added to the Builder, allowing users to stay logged in across sessions for a more seamless experience.

We’re rolling out powerful new API enhancements to help you work faster and more efficiently across your apps.

 PDF Management via API

• Get & Create PDF Pages: You can now retrieve and generate PDF pages directly through the API.

• Create PDF Forms: Automate document generation by creating PDF forms via API—ideal for custom workflows and integrations.

Retrieve Field Display Names

• Use ?display_names=1 in your GET requests to return readable field names instead of system identifiers (e.g., field_123 → Customer Name).

• Makes parsing responses easier and more intuitive when integrating with external tools.

Batch Update Endpoints

• Update multiple records in one request, reducing the need for repetitive API calls and significantly improving performance.

Improved API Filter Error Handling

• We’ve added better error responses for missing or deleted filters, making it easier to debug and maintain integrations.

We’ve enhanced the Blueprints feature to make app-building even faster and more flexible.

•  Add Pages Instantly: You can now import full pages directly from a Blueprint, not just components or data structures.

We’re thrilled to give you a first look at our new Staging Environments—designed to help you test safely, collaborate better, and deploy with confidence.

Key Features:

• Custom Domains per Environment
  Associate each staging environment with its own URL. For example:

  • Production: app.mydomain.com

  • Staging: staging.mydomain.com

•  Page Flexibility
  Allow updates to pages in production even while viewing and working in the staging branch.

•  Safe Editing Controls
  Changes to the Data Builder are disabled while a staging branch is active—protecting your live structure.

• Email Notifications
  Get notified as your staging environment is created, updated, or deployed.

•  Controlled Sharing
  Invite collaborators with access limited to non-production environments—great for testing and approvals.
  
  

•  API Key Restrictions
  Restrict API keys to work only in non-production environments, adding another layer of control.
  
  

⚠️ Note: This is a complex and significant new feature, still being fine-tuned. It will be available on higher-tier plans or as an optional add-on.

The Field Auditor tool is now officially live! This powerful feature gives you full visibility into where and how a field is being used across your application—helping you make smarter, safer changes.

Incoming Email Catcher

The Incoming Email Catcher allows you to forward emails to a designated subdomain and automatically convert the email content and attachments into new records in your app.

🔑 Key Use Cases:

• Reply Tracking: Capture email replies by embedding the record ID in the “Reply-To” address—ensuring responses are linked directly to the correct record.

• Inbox Forwarding: Forward emails from your inbox to instantly generate new records—perfect for streamlining manual data entry.

• Lead Capture: Turn inbound emails into actionable leads or support tickets automatically.

This feature is ideal for teams managing high volumes of email-based communication.

Webhook Folders

Keep your automations organized with Webhook Folders. You can now group related webhooks together, making it easier to manage complex workflows and maintain clarity across projects.

We’re excited to bring Scheduled Equations—previously exclusive to enterprise plans—to more subscription tiers.

• Run on a Schedule: Disable real-time equation updates and instead run them at set intervals.

• Optimized Performance: Ideal for non-critical fields where real-time updates aren’t needed, such as reporting or analytics fields.

• Eventual Consistency: Ensures important calculations are kept up to date without slowing down user interactions.
