Managing File Uploads and Storage in Tadabase

Tadabase offers robust options for managing file uploads and storage, ensuring both flexibility and security:

  • Secure and Non-Secure Files: Secure files are protected so that URLs can only be accessed with permissions set by the app builder, ensuring data security. Non-secure files are more accessible but less protected.

  • Storage Options: By default, files are stored in Tadabase's S3 buckets. Users can also opt to use their own S3 buckets or Dropbox for storage, though Dropbox does not support secure files.

  • Detailed Logging: Tadabase provides detailed logs for all access to secure files, allowing for meticulous tracking and enhanced security.

  • Dropzone Element: This feature enables users to upload multiple files at once, streamlining the process and improving user experience.

  • Email Integration: On some plans, uploaded files can be included as attachments in outgoing emails, providing greater convenience and utility.
