Minor Improvements to the Builder

• Moved default pages from settings to the Page Builder
• Moved users table from Users tab to Data Builder page. We will soon remove the "Users" menu entirely.
• Ability to add rows with predefined columns in all components.
• Moved the buttons for expanding and shrinking columns to the left in columns.
• Consolidated row settings into one modal window.
• New setting to name your row to easily track row purpose.
